2. Using our website

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

3. Products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please follow the assembly and safety instructions supplied with each product.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error; if so, we will refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment providers. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address.

8. Cancellations and returns

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to EVERHAVEN LTD or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
